About the IATACF

A Practical and Adaptable Learning Journey

The IATACF Certification Program certification program consists of six modules along with advanced electives. Modules two, three, and four undergo examination, and upon reaching the conclusion of module six, you will undertake a hands-on capstone project, enabling you to apply your acquired knowledge to tackle real-world challenges effectively.

Our advanced electives present an avenue for you to tailor your expertise, aligning your skill development with your individual career goals.

You have the flexibility to pursue the complete program or opt for Level I and Level II separately in distinct cohorts to attain the certification.

Option 1 - Complete Program

You can opt for the full program, which involves completing all six modules and selecting two elective courses within a six-month timeframe. This choice grants you immediate access to all course materials and the Lifelong Learning feature.

Option 2 - Level I & II

Level I encompasses modules one through three and includes your initial two exams. Level II encompasses modules four through six, your final exam, your capstone project, the choice of elective courses, and access to Lifelong Learning.

Level 1

Module 1: Fundamentals of Quantitative Finance

In the first module, we will delve into the principles of applied Itô calculus as a foundational modeling framework. You will develop essential tools grounded in stochastic calculus and martingale theory, and gain proficiency in working with simple stochastic differential equations, along with their associated Fokker-Planck and Kolmogorov equations.

In the second module, you will immerse yourself in classical portfolio theory pioneered by Markowitz, the Capital Asset Pricing Model, and their contemporary extensions.
